Game, Pre-52, and New-52 (dunno if Lane is in new-52 but still).

All feats apply.

Game Lane has no real feats besides stabbing the tops of buildings

Gotta go with Lane from Pre 52 (he appeared in New 52 in Batman Inc.)

His skill was on par maybe past Talia Al GHul

His armor makes him theoretically impossible to damage

Though do to Jokers brain I'm not sure how The Sword of Sin and Salvation would effect him
