This is a REALLY difficult one to predict. It's not just the body of an average person you need to consider, it's the mind set and knowledge of dog anatomy.
The mind set of (ball parking) 90% of people in the Western World is to freak the hell out if they're severely bitten by a dog. Furthermore, the mind set of (again ball parking) is probably roughly the same for people to feel more vulnerable and afraid if they are naked (this is a guess) but I'm thinking more so for males as they have their most sensitive and vulnerable area swinging exposed.
Considering all that let's hack off 30% from that number who MAY be able to gather their wits in a crisis situation and be able to try to fight back effectively while being bitten and yanked around by a more powerful animal...so 60%, but only 20% for people who might realistically know enough about canine weaknesses to make those wits and toughness be effective, so we're at a decent 70%.
I'm thinking we have 30% maybe 40% of healthy, adult, NAKED, "average"(between 5'7" and 6'1"/150-230lbs) males who stand a good chance of beyond the German Sheppard or the Pit Bull. Give or take ten percent.
