Avatarverse is the weakest verse in existence. Chapter 1 Naruto can solo the verse. Anyone's grandma with a machine gun can solo the verse. Ebola can solo the verse.

I'd say aang wins majority first round as long as Wanda isn't aiming for the kill off the back.. Wanda takes majority 2nd round, aang can earth incap. But that's the only move I see being effective as a first move in a duel between the two.

@vjbthe3: It's IC for her to ragdoll human opponents, straight off the bat. If she has knowledge on Aang and his incap abilities (it's questionable that his earth constructs have the power necessary to hold beings of SW calibre anyway, even with the AS), then she will pick him up the moment the fight starts.

Aang is far faster....all that really needs to be said since she’s a glass canon. More powerful is just icing on the cake.

Wanda caught an explosion after it erupted. The best speed argument you can make for avatar characters are that they're faster than arrows or FTE. Not sure about in character but Wanda rips him apart if she's out for blood.

This feat beats anything from Scarlet witch

In character Wanda loses. Morals off she's more powerful and can apply TK to him directly.

Wanda is fast enough to catch him and strong enough to break him with TK.

Whoever strikes first. Aangs faster, so him more often than not.

Aang tears the wind out of her lungs, bloodbends her hands to her back to restrain her and either incapacitates with rock bullet pellets or kills her with them depending if he's bloodlusted or not.

Wanda wins in the Hex, Aang wins outside of it. Though you could argue that Wanda is just a better bloodbender and wins either way.

Didn't Wanda make the hex, how does that change anything.

Ot: Wanda uses tk and Aang can't really do anything about it.

Post WV, Wanda without any issues. Aang might take it if this is IW Wanda and in character.

current wanda takes both round low mid diff at very most. unlikely it will be mid tho.
