Avatar (Jake Sully) vs Daredevil

The jungles of Pandora  
 
Reason: 
 
Daredevil is after Jake Sully for betraying his race and wants to take him back to Earth for trail. Jake is greatly insulted that  the "sky people" have returned and intends on making DD pay for his trespassing. 
 
Mental condition and rules: 
 
Both are very angry but still have some morals and are not blood lusted, however they will kill if necessary. To win, one opponent must KO and subdue the other or if necessary kill them. the battle is 1 vs. 1, no outside interference. Daredevil has some prep against Jake Sully but has no idea that Jake is now in the body of an Avatar.
 
Equipment:   
 
Daredevil - He has been injected with a serum that allows him to breath the air on Pandora, as weapons he only has his standard Billy clubs. He has his normal strengths and abilities. (This is comic book DD)
 
Jake Sully - He is equipped with his standard bow-and-arrow and his hunting knife.

I think Jake wins....  
 
On a side note, does anybody besides me think Jake was stupid? He betrayed his species....thats kinda messed up

" i didnt say kill them i just said flew them back to earth and he didnt really betray his species i mean if he killed the entire human race to save the aliens then that would be like WTF.....  he just did what he thought was right even though he killed some people they wanted to kill him and they werent really bothered about killing the aliens for their own greed.  and lol it was weird that he was attracted to the alien it would be like being attracted to an animal ( in a sense ) "

Man I know its super old to bump...but the fight scenario was epic haha

Anyways...comic dd stomps jake. Murdock has stomped way worse. Dd is one of the most willful beings to exist in a comic. Avatar jake isnt even jobber class
