With stats equal, August takes this. His hax are too much even for garou.

The first one to show up rooting for August!

August has way more hax than Garou. Law of retrogression literally neggs Garou stats completely and turns him into a child. He can then stop time and kill Garou with spatial attacks or crash. This on top of him having precognition. August wins pretty easily.

Not sure what's cosmic radiation is going to do to someone who has access to Ankhseram Black Magic but sure why not.

i dont think equal stats can do much here considering garou can adapt and overpower august in a unfathomable short time and whats ankhseram black magic gonna do against radiation? those are 2 different things with different mechanisms on how they work unless he has a feat where he can resist radiation,garou also has casual star/small galaxy wiping feats from his gamma burst ray.

law of retrogression could work but it mainly affects magic which garou does not have and considering garou turns into a child it wont do much since he would still be in cosmic mode and he will still adapt and overcome august either way.

most of his magic wont do much any way since garou can either copy it or be able to atleast mimic it in some sort of way with his cosmic energy or he can teleport out of there,and since he has time related abilities so does garou who can rewind time and with speculation we can assume he has some sort of time abilities that possibly couldnt or wouldnt work against him.

garou is also much better at combat than august is in light years knowing almost every fighting style of his own universe and being able to copy others and modes garou can also absorb energy sources and magic may also count as one because it requires a user's energy to perform it.

You forgot that the Ankhseram Black Magic makes the caster immortal, meaning unless the radiation can kill August faster than what he can regenerate from, radiation is literally useless here.

Also Law of retrogression works on physical and mental abilities as well as it does on magical abilities.

Stopping time is far less complicated then rewinding time. if anything Garou can probably copy the time stop the the extent that he can move a few seconds like in Jojo.

Can Garou even copy Magic? Magic doesn't exist in his universe.

You should read the manga before making bold claims like this. If garou didn't time travel, how was he able to meet tareo in the timeline that saitama did the zero punch?

@temsbumbumm: He died showing Saitama how to do it and told Saitama that he was the only one capable of going back in the past and saving everyone. Why have Saitama use the tech if he could just do it himself?

Bcs of Saitama. You forget that he was able to take along Genos' core with him when he did it so it's not like Saitama was only capable of sending just himself to the past. Garou's spirit got sent along for the ride with him to say some parting words and give him a nice send off lol.

He would have just snapped back into his past self like Saitama did if he could travel back in time. Clearly he didn't. Instead his spirit dusted away therefore he cannot time travel.
