From my knowledge of Magi (anime only), Arba uses equipment for her magic. So copy and nullifying the magic should be out of the question.

Arba godstomps. Equalizing energy makes it even more worse to fight against her, and without equalizing speed August is becoming a statue in comparison to Magi High-Tiers/Top-Tiers. Even Sinbad said he can´t stop her, and she beats the shit out of Magis like Judar and Yunan. Like all Magi, Arba get nearly inexhaustible energy sources, by absorbing all the Magoi around her. The reason why equalizing energy is even more worse is because Arba can just absorb August his magic based attacks, which are 90% of his main abilities. There is also the point that August can´t stop her. She regenerate from nearly nothing, even when she was killed, she returns thanks the backups, and even then he can´t kill her because the real body exist in a different dimension.

Let´s not forget that Arba copy and can use a lot of abilities from different Djins via adapt their powers. She also can summon an army of high class magicans which will nuke the entire area.

Can you tell me how he beats Arba?

She:

is immortal via regeneration, as she can regen from being reduced to a pulp, Yunan vaped and crushed her entire body and she istantly regened back from her two arms ( she regened her whole body back from her arms).

is immortal due to her being a Magi: when a Magi dies he returns as RUkh to the Sacred Place where he gets resurrected either in a new body or if a clone of said Magi is alive he gets instantly resurrected. Scheherazade , a much weaker Magi than Arba lived for hundreds of years by creating clones and by being instantly resurrected into said clone, Arba can easily do the same thing.

but most importatly, her true self exist in another plane of reality, so August would only fight her avatar.

@cbarlion: you should remove energy equalization, else Arba either corrupts August Rukh and kills him via curse manipulation (Black Rukh) or by being a Magi she absorb all of his Rukh and istantly killing him, a thing that she did several times in character.

After saying all this:

lets talk about speed:

she blitzed hakuryuu,yunan morgiana and she was faster than aladdin all characters that have ls/ftl reaction speed/ speed. Also, when she was fighting Yunan while possessing Gyokuen Ren she even stated that she was much slower in that form than by being her true self.

she is at least small country level (or country levl with highball) given that she scales above Sinbad (who stated that she was probably stronger than him) and she is stronger than post-timeskip Alibaba who covered Aladdin's borg( which enclosed an entire country) with his flames.

she also can use 4 (probably more) extreme magic at the same time:

Amon's one which scales above Amon's fire wall which I mentioned above

Sinbad's one, Sinbad who in his teen age did this casually with a normal attack (not his extreme magic, that cut through the medium like butter:

She also has :

curse manipulation

light magic, gravity magic (all elemental magic, pre-timeskip aladdin has a casual mountain level feat with fire magic, she scales massively above that version in terms of power)

istant teleport (magi can istantly travel across continents)

strenght magic and she is the best swordswan of the magi world (overpowered physically morgiana who should be in the large mountain level range)

her regular borh which lets her being immune to mind manipulation

she is immune to curse ,fate and mind manipulation (due to her borg, her being acasual and black rukh)

she can also posses other beings effortlessly, she did that twice as far as we know (she tried a third time).

Arba should win here.

I don’t see a way that August can get though her immortality and speed. Plus her army of magicians backing here with dozens of mountain level magic attacks. It’s even worse that energy is equalized because Arba can corrupt August.

Equalize stats and unequalize energy, and Arba still stomps. August never fought someone like that.

August's speciality is copying. Even if it works, Arba is kinda experienced in magic copying too.

It's said that Arba can hijack Aladdin's mind to acquire Solomon's wisdom. This is Mother of all Mind Hax, lol.

Aladdin also feared Arba being able to eventually figure out a way to pass through Dimensional Valley (which she did).

August has no way to kill her and he is a statue. Arba blitz and oneshots.
