Everyone's saying Atrocitus wins so I say Atrocitus as well.

Can you explain why Atrocitus wins ?

@pipxeroth: I don't think that it's a mismatch. There are some good arguments in a comicvine thread (Superman vs Atrocitus & Sinestro battle) that how bloodlusted Superman can destroy them both, so why not Supergirl can win this.

Also in comicvine some people says that any Kryptonian beats any Lantern, so I'm waiting them to participate in this conversation.

@playerx-tr: Sorry, but it most definitely is a mismatch, regardless of what other people say. Kryptonians are probably the most popular characters on Comic Vine, so it's not really a surprise that you'll hear people sprout nonsense like "any Kryptonian beats any Lantern" or "Superman can beat both Atrocitus and Sinestro".

As for why it's a mismatch, Atrocitus is a top tier Lantern, up there with the likes of Larfleeze (though not as powerful as him). He practically one shot Sinestro before he even became a Red Lantern, has pretty much never been able to be restrained by any lantern constructs, regularly trashes high tier Lanterns like Hal Jordan and Kyle Raynor, gone toe to toe with Larfleeze, hurt Krona, trashed Apollo and Martian Manhunter, hell he soloed his entire frickin Corps (although to be fair that's partially because he's empowered by rage). He's on a completely different level to Supergirl, simple as that.

Does Atrocitus have any feats reacting to kryptonian speed and tanking their punches?

Also, Supergirl could potentially make him lose his cool as shown below. Any lantern that is insulted and lets it get to them will lose their powers due to a lack of focus.

About what? Most people aren't even arguing just saying one character stomps or the other character stomps. Let's examine Atrocitus's big liabilities here...his speed and durability. What's stopping Supergirl from punching right through his chest before he can react to her super speed?

I get people don't like the video of Atrocitus looking silly but I bet the fight would go like that, Supergirl talks down to him, throwing him off guard then blitzes him.

Atorcitus would tear Kara to pieces. And lol at someone using Injustice as a basis for their argument.

That video is from a video game which has its own timeline.....WHY would we use that version if the op specifically stated pre-52 and new-52. Not the Injustice arc....
