@godgate: Greater KI doesn't automatically grant you defense against hax, we've seen how character in early DB like Guldo using time stop on stronger characters, or Ginyu switching bodies with Goku, there's also stuff like Roshi getting mind controlled by a girl, etc.
There's plenty of evidence that support that it's not really consistent throughout the series.

Athena still shitstomps, unless we are using the fodder Athena from Suggsverse (Which would lose against Dragonball) Nothing has changed, Goku is Fodder compared to SS God Tiers. Even Top and High Tiers are too much.
