Well if you ignored the insane lowball he got from vs battle. We can go over his post-flashpoint feat;

he was able to hit and knock back trigon something his son couldn't do.

Tanked being inside of the core of the earth.

Able to tag and hurt Martian manhunter who can do this:

and move from Mars in and Earth in a second.

He punched someone through the moon too.

And fought in the center of the moon.

But he's just a street level fodder who can tank blows from kryptonian level beings and survive.
