R1 is debatable. Id say Asta, not sure if timestop works on Asta even though he emanates anti magic. Id say it doesnt...

R2 is a definite win for BC team. Dura neg and Mana zone carry. Time stop is blocked by Mana Zone. Both are killed by dimension slash. Gg

@romeobeta: Bcs Asta can't so anything to his immortality, Zeref's Fairy Heart straight up negs negs anti magic/power negation, his control of time is greater than anyone's in BC and his AP/dura scales to far stronger individuals than Asta. Zeref walks through BC easily.

Durability and time manip is irrelevant to Yami. With Mana Zone he is safe from any magic, and with dimension slash he cuts through, no matter the durability.

@romeobeta: Yami isn't doing anything to Zeref lol. Literally nothing since Zeref can continously reform himself and not to mention spacial cutting has been resisted since the beginning of the manga and Zeref has spacial magic. Mana zone is not negating Fairy Heart, it couldn't even negate Dante's finite mp nor his regen. It is not negating timestop or time manipulation when it has never negated hax to that extent. Nah, his dimensional cutter is not has hax as you think it is and it is has already been resisted by people fodder to Zeref lol. Zeref runs through Yami since Yami can't do anything to him. Heck Zeref can sit there until Yami runs out of power and kill him.

1. Wrong. Dante was never in the mana zone so it was literally impossible for Yami to negate his regen. Timestop would need to "exist" in the zone to stop Yami, which it cant meaning the BC duo arent frozen.

Where has Zeref resisted spacial cutting? Though I dont think it matters due to Asta.

2. How does he survive Asta's anti magic? Isnt Zeref's immortality caused by magic? The thing Asta counters? Asta has the ability to negate magic and negate effects caused by magic.

According to vsbattle under "Ankhseram Black Magic", "The side effect of this Magic is immortality and the inability to age". So an effect caused by magic. Something Asta counters.

He's way faster and he can negate all of Zerefs ability.

It's funny, of all BC characters, Asta is the only one that can beat FH Zeref aside from Julius and maybe one of the higher rankings devils.

You guys are literally NLFing Asta's negation even though the series has presented limits to his negation. He's not negating infinite magic.

@ustanleengard: Asta has 0 magic so everyone with magic has infinitely more magic than he does.

@ustanleengard: He doesn't need to, having infinite reserves of magic isn't the same as using all that magic at once. Think of it like an infinite fuel tank funneling to Zerf, sure he has infinite amounts of magic inside the fuel tank but, Asta can just stop him from accessing it.

@decaffeinated: That's not how Asta's magic negation works tho. He erases magic, he doesn't stop his opponent from accessing it. Whenever they can't there just isn't anything there.

We know his magical reserves can be slowed down with a strong enough attack.

Probably with DU but it only lasts 5 minutes but with his speed and athleticism (both of which make Zeref's look like child's play) I don't see why can't.

In terms of pure power? None unless @decaffeinated can refresh my memory but Asta still has some very possible attacks such as these.

Mind you this was against a high-ranking devil who can burn away things like shadows, light, and invisible concepts too.

Not to mention, his magic negation would work wonders on Zeref boosting his attacks.

@ustanleengard: Ok so the fact that Zeref can be slowed down means there's a limit to how much he can use at 1 time which means Asta very well can negate the effect of that.

Here we see Asta negate the effect of all magic in the area just by raising his sword

And here again

And again just by raising his blade he negates the cause/effect of all magic in the area.

Because Zeref can only use a limited amount of magic at once, Asta can just raise his Demon Destroyer and negate all the magic he has at that time... And by the time Zeref gets more from his "fuel tank" it would just get negated again.

@ustanleengard: Also about your Yami comment on the other thread, that's a feat for Dante... That just means he can resist spatial attacks, that should have been obvious the man wields a pocket black hole and warps space for fun.

@ustanleengard: What AP do you have Natsu at? Zeref will be weakened without his magic and Asta can use Zeref's own magic/ap against him.
