It's a could go either way kind of thing. Predator has the nifty gear and weapons. Oliver has down to the blades of grass knowledge of the environment, knows where and when to set dead falls, traps, etc. and won't be stupid enough to sit around and wait to see if they work. He'll be trying to give the Predator as much Hell as possible, and lead him around, while trying to observe possible weaknesses from as far away as possible, but still be able to see.
The Predator of course is a super canny, and superior armed and equipped adversary who will be trying to do much the same thing to Oliver.
It will come down to whether or not Oliver can figure out the "mud camoflogue" thing or the "invisible field" thing. If he doesn't, it's Green Arrow on a spit, man.
