It's not significantly weaker than any other part of the armor considering it tanked hurting Giant Man. To put it simply,

Punching isn't lifting strength.
what does this have to do with anything? only his metal arm can possibly compete with jessica in strength. Jessica is stronger than mcu supersoldiers and she's winning in an arm wrestle against any of them
