Arima is kind of smart so if he's lucky, I think he can beat everyone here with exception of meruem. He just has too much on his side.

Stops at 7 I'd say.

Stops at Pitou. Pitou can still fight even while dead and w/o a head. The only way Arima wins is by blasting him/her to smithereens and I don’t remember any techniques that he can use that can do a wide spread attack like Gon’s Jajanken.
