Are the Netflix fighters overrated?

I mean we have the Punisher, Walker, and now apparently Bullseye able to be competitive against the fighters from Daredevil and Iron Fist with just their military and law enforcement training, but the fighters from SHIELD seem a little underestimated against the latter despite being at least as good as the former.

Not at all you have to think them being able to Take on Matt or get a shot is not overrated at all it just shows there skills but if the characters than show inconsistencies and what not

About as overrated as Arrowverse fighters, so hillariously much.
