Anyway

Sniping

Snipes from 4KM away, his arrows fast enough to cross that distance instantly.

Can fire his arrows at Machine Gun like speed with enough power to destroy a row of houses

Can manipulate the trajectory of his arrows as they're in flight like shown here

His arrows can intercept a projectile that breaks the sound barrier even while he's on the other side of the city(2:25)

One of his strongest weapons creates an explosion of this size

Speed

He reacts tonumerous characters who can react to and deflect his hypersonic arrows(1:12)

Can even move fte to these characters in bursts

These double as strength feats, as he's clashing with characters who also deflect his multi-house level arrows and also are as strong as tank shells

Abilities

Can call forth his primary weapons being these short swords. And destroying them isn't enough since he can summon more than one hundred during a fight

Can create a pocket dimension that pulls his enemies into it.

Within it are all the weapons he's ever created, which all have different abilities.

Can telekinetically launch swords in this dimension

His shield Rho Aias can block Lancer's spear which can create a massive explosion that blows away part of the forest they're near

Like all heroic spirits, he can turn into an intangible spirit form where he can still interact with others

Durability/Endurance

Takes attacks from Berserker, is injured yet can still fight, and Berserker has his own crazy admissions of power

Gets impaled multiple times, dematerialized and came back later after recovering enough

He has some other abilities and weapons but this is at least a good baseline for people unfamiliar with Archer.

Speed: Relativistic with FTL combat speed; he is comparable to obi wan in speed, who Has moved at such speeds aboard the Invisible Hand and while attempting the Slip Jaws Maneuver and an overall superior Jedi to Jax Pavan, comparable to Bastila Shan. FTL reactions and combat speed. Deflected three Blaster bolts (light speed in legends) in a nanosecond

There’s more besides speed but that in itself is enough to speed blitz. This along with the force is a mismatch

@mr-yes: I really wouldn't go to vs wiki for this, they're notoriously unreliable and their star wars section is one of their worst. But if we're going that route they also have Archer at FTL speeds, who has his own high ends and scaling that could be construed to put him there.

@mr-yes: If we're truly going for high end with their strongest version then Namless Archer easily curstomp Maul with a single attack.

Maul effortlessly.

Archer Emiya should be able to win over Legends Darth Maul with high-diff in a battle of skill between the two characters.
