The only power that Aquaman has that concerns me is the telepathy and yes that seems to be able to grant him the win. It is unlikely that he would land a blow on Spiderman in open (no telepathic interference) combat. He may be more durable than Spiderman but I believe Spiderman's blows would over time (and with repeated blows landing) do considerable damage to Aquaman. Additionally, Aquaman, has no physical counter to Spiderman's webbing.

Aquaman should be strong enough to break the webbing. As for Spider-Man doing damage, it would be tough. I think Spider-Man would start to burn out before he started causing any serious damage. Also if this is Aquaman with his water hand, Spidey's chance just dropped from slim to none.

I really don't think he is that strong. True he has shown some good feats but then he has also had poor showings. Some of his feats would put him around the 25 - 50 tonne mark on the Marvel strength scale. The webbing has held people like the Thing before (when the webbing was piled on). Spiderman can fight for hours without taking a break. The picture does not shown a water hand - just 2 gloved ones.
However I agree that the telepathic attack could be the end for Spiderman.
