Where was the actual fight between the two which was gonna end the debate? That’s what Cates was alluding to the whole time, The Watcher even says the question will be answered at the start of the issue but it wasn’t.

Where was Titan Hulk? Again something else Cates built up to with no climax.

Did he just give up halfway through writing this? Can’t believe I eagerly waited two months for this.
