um, thats not really any comparison, and that apoc vs dracula mini was a terrible read, and bears no relevance here (spelling sucks, i know) so with that said and done, martian manhunter wipes the floore with apoc, then drac, if that makes yo feel better!

Apocalypse is too inconsistant.

On his best days, he's restrained the Hulk using only his own physical strength and defeated Professor X with his own telepathic powers.

On other days, he loses to a relatively weak team of X-Men.

So really, it depends what mood the writer is in. ;-)

I know i've stated this a few times, apoc has not restrained the hulk, he tied him up for a few secs while he talked the hulk down and persueded him to listen! the hulk did NOT throw down with apoc! that issue of hulk is not a feat for apoc! and yes, apoc has had some awsome feats, but they are from yesteryear and he hasn't done anything for god knows how long! and I agree, A very good writer can make an awsome apoc, but that is yet to be seen! so we've only got to go on what we've been shown, an apoc hasn't been shown of late to be anywhere near top tier level! I believe he has the potential to go toe to toe with someone like manhunter, but none of his potential has been shown over the last few years! unfortunately, marvel has let him go down the gutter as far as A grade villains go! shame really, cause I always thought he was awsome and showed such great potential!
