I dont watch, but apoc clowned fox quicksilver while battling the rest of the x-team as well. Eventually hes going to perceive barry and tk him, I would think.

What attacks can barry bring to win this?

I have to agree with George. Barry has the I.Q. of a tumble weed. He will end up losing despite having the speed advantage.

Yep, agreed. But does barry have anything that can put him down before that? I watched like two seasons of Flash before I got bored, so I am sure he is buffed since then, but I just cant imagine he can get past apoc shields/durability before apoc makes his legs become part of the earth....

Now of course I'd normally agree, I'm a Vine-renowned CW Flash truth-seer, but I gotta go with Barry simply because:

Even if that is true, apoc eventually saw quicksliver in slo-mo. So Im still not convinced he wouldnt at least see flash in "normal speed," meaning flash would still die.

BTW, Im open on this one - just havent been convinced.

In the final scene, apoc had his throat slit, a combined pissed off summers/mags attack that did nothing, and even when Phoenix attacked, he was being vaporized, pierced with a half-dozen massive metal debris chunks, zapped by storm, etc - all at the same time, and still managed to fight back until Phoenix went full cray on him.

Soooo, what is Barry bringing to the table that can match that level of attack? Otherwise, I see apoc waiting this one out until barry is tired and then making him his angle of blitz...

Barry doesn't always go for light speed. He normally travels at speed of sound. He hasn't mastered his abilities. Apcoc kills

Honestly Apoc's durability is way too high. He'd outlast Barry.

Flash has always had the speed just not the competence, very very likely he'd just go for a phase kill thinking it would work.

Then exit super speed because he doesn't remain in superspeed longer than a few minutes from his perspective, than Apoc kills him because Barry's not the time to completely disintegrate his opponent.

Apocalypse is way too durable for flash , his shields took on the Phoenix force, metal assault from magneto, lightning blasts from storm and beams from Cyclops at the same time and someone here is making an argument on how barry can beat that output wise?

as much as barry has a speed advantage apocalypse will eventually adapt as he did to QS and eventually win

aren't there limitations to flash time that even speedsters can't stay in said state for long?

Just seen s6 episode 1. Damn finally he is not jobber anymore and tanked black hole via Speed Force protection. BH wasn't that powerful like in Supergirl but Barry can carry uncorporeal beings/objects and survive subatomic obliteration. Barry claps if bloodlusted and for fun solos Fox x-men and legionverse. This was damn OP. Or flash will be jobber again in further episodes so will change my mind then.

Flash doesn't do stuff like remove organs or embed objects inside a body, all he would do is phase attack a vital organ then watch Apoc drop.
