Depends how they use the prep, I suppose. Zsasz has the edge in agility and strength, most likely. But Chigurh uses guns, whereas Zsasz usually uses knives. In an even fight, without guns (say Chigurh has the bolt gun, and Zsasz has a knife) I'd say Zsasz. If guns are involved, probably Chigurh.
