Anti-Venom would decapitate killer Crock  its hard to hurt him and his attacks are leathel he can probably just pass on some sort if disease to Crock aswell he can cure em so id imagen he can make some up

Anti-Venom has a strength lv as high if not higher than Toxin which was above 100 tons he did hold wrecker in a choke lock and beat half the wrecking crue up on his own now if Toxin can do that and Anti-Venom has a higher strength and durability he will kill Crock. 
 
Venom (Eddi Brock) = 11 tons 
 
Venom (Mac Gargan) = 60-70 tons 
 
Carnage = 50 tons
 
Toxin = 80 to 100 tons  
 
Anti-Venom = higher than Toxin but strength lv uknown

A perfect example of why you shouldn't always go by Wikis. They can be horribly inaccurate. Croc's arms were broken by Bane (Off-Venom) and KOed by Harley Quinn. He's nowhere near 60 tons and I doubt he could lift 2.

Killer Croc + rock = Curbcrocstomp. 
 
...But seriously, Anti-Venom outclasses Croc in strength, speed, durability, and just about everything else.  Croc has nothing going for him here.

see this is interesting cuz venom's main weakness is sound and it can hurt killer croc too so i don't really know who'd win but i think a symbiote is much stronger than just a regular reptile  
 
(which pain means to say cuz i love killer croc more than i like venom but not as much as i like carnage)

Killer croc is now in the 5 to 10 range for strength but is still nowhere near anti venom srry to croc (btw I love croc) but he gets curbstomped)
