AM if it's COIE, Galactus in any other scenario. SCW/BD/DW Anti-Monitor doesn't even come close to Galan.

If this is Post Crisis Monitor, he loses pretty hard. Through it was implied that his full power was his COIE form, he never reached that point. He tanked several high level Corps attacking him, that's about it.

Anti since Galactus is a jobber of the highest order.
