Annihilators and Justice League vs Villains

Annihilators:Silver Surfer,Gladiator,Quasar,Ronan,Beta Ray bill and Nova Prime.

Justice League:Superman,Wonder Woman,Hal Jordan,Barry Allen,Aquaman and Martian Manhunter.

Villains:Thanos and Despero.

Post crisis/616 versions,Heroes get a day prep.

Both are Teambusters and have stomped both of these teams individually. There is not one person who can resist Despero's Telepathy if J'onn Coudn't. Despero has already physically Dominated Superman, Wonder Woman, Captain Marvel and Power Girl at the same time and he can do the same to Bill, Glads and Nova along with Clark and Diana. He can Mind control several of them right of the bat.

I don't even need to go into Thanos Too much. He already makes Surfer, The Most Powerful Member from both teams, Look like a Chump. None of their attacks are phasing him.

The team would have a hard time against either of the villain duo alone. together they get Annihilated
