Ancient Sith vs Modern Sith

Oooh, another one! I like these.

So, since this isn't a strict lightsaber duel, I'll actually go with the ancient Sith this time. Their combined Force power would definitely overwhelm the modern Sith team, especially since Vader is the only one that's even capable of resisting Nihilus' drain. That being said, the ancient Team isn't so far behind in terms of dueling skill either. Kun and Malgus rival Vader, Maul, and Dooku, with Revan also posing a serious threat lightsaber-wise.

This would be a very interesting fight, indeed.

Modern Sith team are surely more skilled with saber, and with the addition of Plagueis, he can actually counter what Nihilus does, and then the other members of modern sith can deal with the rest in decent duels.

Modern Sith win.

Plagueis kills Nihilus before he can react, either Dooku or Vader beat Malgus in a close fight, Exar loses to Vader or Plagueis. I don't know or care who Revan beats, but Vader or Plagueis can take him as well. Malgus really isn't beating anyone other than TPM Maul (assuming that's him)

Good fight. Exar Kun surpasses Darth Vader and Darth Malgus barely beats Darth Maul, but Darth Plagueis surpasses Emperor Palpatine. There are my main concerns in this fight.

Based on this, I'd say modern Sith win simply because they have an unbelievably powerful fighter amongst them (Plagueis) while the ancient Jedi, while strong, don't have a sith in that tier.

@victorgnome: Palpatine never fought Plagueis one on one. And he certainly grew after Plagueis' death - evenimmediately after he was slain.

Team 1. Maul and Vader are too much of a weak links.

Vader and Plaguis Stomps. Especially if this is ROTJ Vader he 100% confirms it. Ancient Sith all weak when it comes to Light saber skills, Even weaker than Palpatine in that. Force powers are more so just overhyped interpretation of what other people think they can do...no real way to prove that it truly is what they say.

I Give to Modern day Sith, Plaguis is too much of a threat, and what he lacks in Saber Skills Vader far exceeds anyone on the list in and rivals Palpatine.
