With Flash's power, I'm leaning towards Amazo.

If Amazo uses speed force, then Satan would end up using it too from my understanding.

Probably Satan, too much hax, or they end up evenly matched by copying each other's abilities.

Satan doesn't copy peoples stats he copies their powers. Just copying super speed wouldn't allow him the same speed as Amazo.

Though speed is not why Amazo would win.

Yes so he can copy superspeed . But that wouldn't make him as fast as amazo. All flashes don't have the same level of speed.

Well to certain extent. He can use them at a large scale. But for example with Jin's cloning he was able to make a lot more clones than Jin was. But many of them were just deformed and pretty weak. So that wasn't really helpful. Plus if I'm not mistaken Amazo stacks speed from all of them people so inclduing the speed he gets from lantern's ring, superman's power etc.

Regardless as I stated speed is not much of factor for this fight. Amazo will be able to copy all of Satan's powers while Satan can't copy several of Amazo's abilities such as those granted by the green lantern ring. Plus Amazo can just drop him with TP.

From their starting ability, Amazo has the advantage and should win overall. Satan best chance is if this match drag out.

The OP doesn't say Amazo can't copy Satan's powers so it's impossible for Satan to win. Also he only copies specific moves/attacks and can't copy gear. He'd be able to mimic a few of Amazo's powers but nowhere near his full versatility. Also Satan is low on feats performed on Earth so he's not taking on Amazo's stacked stats.
