Alucard (Hellsing) vs. Dio (The World) and Diavolo (King Crimson)

The Rules and Information

• Win by any means possible.
• Battle takes place in a very large, heavily populated city.
• Combatants are in-character and do not care about civilian casualties.
• Combatants have no knowledge of each other.
• Alucard starts in his base form and can escalate to Level Zero as he sees fit, but no Schrödinger.
• Alucard has unlimited ammo and does not need to reload.
• Dio is in his "awakened" state as pictured after having consumed lots of Joestar blood.
• Special conditions:
  • If and when Dio stops time, Diavolo can move and operate within stopped time just as Dio can.
  • If and when Diavolo skips time, Dio can move and operate within skipped time just as Diavolo can.

Callouts

Alucard can't do much to them, but neither of his opponents can kill him at all. It'd take months of them murdering him over and over, which is if we were to claim that their power is sufficient for that in the first place. I just can't see them winning.

Dio stomps.

DIO and Diavolo should win eventually, even if it takes forever and a day.

Alucard obviously.

Wow you changed my mind, Diavolo stomps.

Being in a crowded city means that Dio has an endless supply of red go-go juice.

So even once Diavolo tires out Dio can keep going.

And going by what was stated in Stardust Crusaders, as Dio's body gives in to him more and with the Joestar blood, his stand will get stronger to the point where he can stop time longer. I'm pretty sure Alucard could figure this out but I have a hard time buying he could get around The World, so he would likely be captured and killed after some time.

This battle would take a looooooooooooooooooong time

This is a very long match. On the one hand, Alucard is at a massive disadvantage given all the LS timestops shenanigans, but the duo don’t really have a way to permanently kill him.

Alucard has a lot more tactical options than the others.
