According to this story-line, yes. He was able to fight and beat Tapion and Hirudegarn(first form). His shell is also made of Ketchin(that unbreakable material from the DBZ-Verse) *Edit: He didn't win, he just barely loss.

It's a fan-made manga, however it still uses the DBZ-Verse laws and stuff. It's pretty well made, so I don't see why we shouldn't be able to, think of it as the better option to happen than GT.

In the canon storyline, even though the Z-Fighters reach North Kai's Planet, he did not teach them the Kaioh-Ken technique.

Maybe because they might be able to use it while they are dead (infinite Ki), but once they are resurrected, it will become unusable.

Back to topic, base level Goku at the end of Buu saga can take it. All rounds for me.

@overlordarhas: Really? In the movie we saw the kind of trouble Hirudegarn gave Goku and team, and Alternate Krillin was managing to keep up and get around Hirudegarn's first form enough to seriously injure Tapion. I don't think you're giving him enough credit O:

This guy right here, who was taking on the Z-Fighters

Krillin was fighting him basically on somewhat equal terms, however he did not know his weakness and therefore didn't know how to actually hurt it. So, he instead went to force Tapion to put Hirudegarn away. Tapion clearly wasn't a match for Krillin, but won thanks to Hirudegarn being able to use his 'teleporting' ability to get the advantage on him during the last few seconds/minutes of the fight.
