Black Flash by itself would win due to its corroding effects on time. None of the Supermen are connected to the Speed-Force, so they'd be frozen just like the Earth was when it emerged.

No one from either team gonna solos for sure. And Godspeed is a joke :D

But yes under these conditions (giving 2 hours prep to Speedsters and time travel allowed ? :D lol ) speedsters will take it w/o too much problem. To be fair not the best superman team you can come up with.

Btw Black Racer cant kill everyone. It has limits. Superboy Prime with AM, OA and New God amp might overrule his deathtouch him but still speedsters will win.
