Kimimaro is way too fast for All Might. This is the same dude that took down hundreds of KN0 Naruto clones with the latter being faster than first use CS1 Sasuke who outsped Zaku's supersonic attack.

I never said it was restricted; just noting that he needed his CS to break out of Gaara's sand and it took time.

Even if All-Might misses a punch, what stops Kimimaro from getting rag dolled/thrown off balance from the shockwave of the punch? The city is unpopulated so All-Might has no reason to hold back or pull his punches.

Kimi is not dodging attacks with that much AOE. He couldn't even dodge Gaara's sand. Also, Kimimaro was injured from attacks that are definitely below ones from AM.

Yep, re-read the whole Kimimaro vs Gaara/Lee fight and he beat All Might Low difficulty.
Kimimaro. For pretty much the same reasons mentioned above. Even if All might manages to tag him. No I take that back. Even if All Might were to beat him down into the ground, Kimimaro would be just fine. He walked out of a Sand Burial with half of his flesh torn off like it didn't even happen.
