The wind pressure from All-Might's punches alone would nullify any fire Ozai produces. All Might could blitz and one shot him. Mismatch

If you were gonna do this, you could have at least equalised speed. That would have risedn Ozai's chances from flat out 0% to 2

All Might one shots Ozai even with Comet amp, he's also way too fast.
