They do not know anything about each other

Have 30 minute prep

Marvel has a few high end telepaths, and fox Surfer.

I’ll reserve my judgment, but off the top my head I’m not sure why Xavier doesn’t solo DC live action verse.

Way too many factors, plus this thread isn't specific on what counts as Marvel characters and what counts for DC.

I’m not sure what you mean? If your asking who’s the stonger telepath, CW manhunter, or Fox Xavier, it’s definitely Prof X.

He has battled other highend telepaths, including imprisoning the shadow king; and he has better fodder feats too, like immobilizing the brotherhood, or freezing the CIA.

His mind control can extend to multiple people, he could just take over a couple versions of supermen (reeves,smallville,DCEU) and wreck house.

In character he just freezes them all. Win by incap.

Plus Prof X and Jean Grey have shown the ability to combine their respective TP powers, so even if a DC telepath puts up some resistance against X(unlikely) he immediately get jumped.

I mean he just waves his hand and 99% of marvel heroes explode instanly. Some marvel villains like Fox Galactus, MCU Dormammu and MCU Ego could survive this, but among the heroes? Honestly Doc pops them all.
