How do you know that the people she beat was Class 100 Strength ? What feats did they have to show this ?

Won't really call it an outlier since Piccolo in Earlier Z blew up the moon casually. King Piccolo aka Daimo in Dragon Ball was playing with cities and was said to be able to destroy the entire Earth's surface.
Alita at her Strongest is billion times weaker and slower than Goku at his max.

A single one of these waves would have been enough to kill her but the person in question had used that method in order to implant a message which the above scans don't provide.
Anyways, with the use of Alita's link to Melchizedek she links her mind with Authors(an Avatar of Melchizedek) to significantly amplify her speed and reaction time to cancel out the waves just before they were going to explode in Zazies skull. Each of these waves were moving at Mach 5 as shown in this scan. Goke has no speed feats that even come close to this in DB.

Goku has no speed feat that comes close to what again? That's not even impressive if you compare it to Kid Goku let alone Teen Goku. Teen Goku is far above casual city busters do you understand what that means? Even Kid Goku blitzed people way above this.
This Tao Pai Pai got blitzed by Kid Goku who's combat speed is above Mach 20. Throws a pillar at massively supersonic speeds and jumps on it casually. Reacts to bullets casually by throwing shoes.

All you seem to care about is the size and area of an attack. Which is nice when you face opponents that do that. But when you have such a character that doesn't go for the big flashy AOE but instead the internal defense bypassing destroy from the inside type like Alita does. Welp than that big AOE guy is going to die.

@limitlessedge: Don't overhype the feat, it says all at once. Dodging waves only at mach 5 at once doesn't mean much. She didn't dodge it in seconds by going "one by one". Goku was tanking and dodging Nuke level attacks when he was almost half dead near the End of DB. Each of uncountable wave particles were moving way above mach 20 if that's the logic you are using and Teen Goku dodges that.

Going by Kid Goku dodging lightning, there would have to have been about 60,000 of those waves neutralized literally at the same instant to keep up with the speed Goku showed as a kid.
