Ben 10's first appearance was in a cartoon show, not an anime/manga

Superman and Goku are teaming up, not fighting against each other, so it's allowed. However, this is a mismatch.

my concern was Goku facing off against Ben in the first place (He added superman in later). Ben doesn't originate from a manga/anime, so it goes against the rules

He isn't omnipotent. He is part of a species that are cosmic entity level. Just based on the fact that there are more than one of them they can't be omnipotent

As further proof, Matt Wayne, one of the writers stated that a Celestialsapien cannot directly manipulate mana without altering the nature of the universe to change the properties of mana
