Dragon Gods were said to be comparable to Acnologia but Aldoron size is a huge target.

Aldoron scales to Acnologia around the Tenrou arc and Irene is weaker than both, Acnologia takes it, especially with time rift powers.

@raziel2014: Actually, the official translations said something slightly different. Elef said that the dragon gods are 'at least' on acnologia's level, which means they are likely stronger than him.

Although we're are still not sure if elef even knew of acno's ROT powerboost, which matters a lot.

Even if the dragon gods are stronger than acno, acno still has that advantage over them, which is him being the dragon of magic. Even if they may be stronger, it shouldn't be by much which means acno would eat all their attacks like snack all day long.

Aldoron is the only dragon god that I see(for now) that has the best shot at beating acno and that is due to his insane physical strength. He wouldn't be able to beat acno in a battle of magic, but if he resorts to cqc he should crush acno like a bug or pastes him on a mountain.

Acnologia should take it. It’s hard to say, though. Aldoron is massive.
