Yh they all slower than Luffy except Obito, but this is a team effort and Akatsukis has more hax, alot of members in Akatsukis could take out hall of luffy's team easily like Sasori could take half of luffy's team with 100 puppets spamming poison projectiles (it won't affect Luffy tho)
