Even though Luke is potrayed really strong i woukd like to think they are equal as

Luke beat a post-prime vader with some "rage", who was likely holding back

And Ahsoka did well against a prime vader so i hope its even,

Ps: Apologies for the excessive Ahsoka threads, just in love with her whole character, story and everything

If Vader was holding back in ROTJ, Ahsoka can win. If not, Luke win

Pretty sure Luke would win barely as he had the training of two of the most powerful jedis yoda and obi

I'll give it to Luke high diff.

They are almost completely even in all aspects. Luke has a little more physical strength being able to match Vader's blows in a blade lock (which ahsoka could not do), while ahsoka has a little more agility, being able to dance around Vader.

Force: ahsoka uses the force more than Luke, but Luke has shown to be able to put up good force defenses.

Sabers: they are almost completely equal in skill. I think Luke did legitimately better agenst Vader when push comes to shove.

I say luke barely. Like 5.5/10

I say Ahsoka with Mid-High Diff.

Luke’s showing against Vader would seem to be superior to Ahsoka’s. He should win here.

Ahsoka is weaker than Vader. Luke is stronger.

Was Vader really "holding back" as much as people are claiming? I haven't read the novelizations of ROTJ, but it clearly seems that Luke overpowered him and was too fast.

@frozen: the fact that Vader turned to the light and killed sidious means he was holding back.

@mo_ali: He turned to the light only after he saw Sidious torture Luke. It took seeing Luke in agony for him to flip.

So I don't see how that factors into him supposedly holding back. He was taunting Luke prior to Luke's assault.

@frozen: he was on edge throughout the fight between light and dark while I think Luke was using the dark side.

@darthadi: Yeah in Canon Luke is equal or stronger than Vader. Canon also makes it clear Vader was not holding back.

Canon RotJ Luke >/= Vader >> Ahsoka.
