Hmmm ok, going with AoS. Ray is a problem but Lincoln should be able to short circuit him like he did to Deathlok and Skye could solo the rest with her powers

Someone explain this to me: What's the point of having Heatwave if his powers are the same as Firestorm... except he can't use them to fly and they come from a gun?

Aka...Daisy spams everyone back about 30-40 feet, and anyone who doesn't get vaporized get's missiled by Deathlok before they stand back up.

SHIELD slaughters them. They have too much firepower. It's a total mismatch, especially if you give the Agents their guns!

Oh C'mon, everyone knows Arrowverse stomps Agents of Shield. The most powerful AoS character is Slingshot, and she's not even on the list. If Slingshot is in the team AoS might JUST stand a chance.

Still S.H.I.E.L.D. hell, Lincoln and Daisy can solo together if they wanted to.

The eff are you talking about? Daisy would solos the majority of the CW by her damn self. AoS wins this, and it isn't even that good of a fight. Hell, you could REMOVE the Inhumans, and Bobbi and May with guns+ Deathlok would still take the majority here.
