.Battle takes place in a half decimated times square at night with people with people everywhere and a few Sentinels patrolling the area for mutants.

.Both are non bloodlusted. Flash is determined to stop Guyver -(3) by any means as he sees him as a threat to national security. Agito is determined to infiltrate a local company that's storing vital records on a new breed of Enzyme Hyperzoanoids and destroy it at all costs.

Both start out at least 60 feet apart but are out of eachother's sight.

.Flash is at full strength and has all standard weapons

. Agito is at moderate health having just used his megasmasher against a prying sentinel. He'll need at least 10 whole minutes to fully recover from massive power output.
