Well, James Bond wins, in Blood Stone, although it's non-canon, he can goes slow-mo with precise shot.

probably agent 47, apart from his recent movies bond from what i could tell was more luck than skill and agent 47 has been trained from a very young age to be the worlds best assassin.

Agent 47 is pretty insane man. He's a man I would not want to mess with.

47. Bond relied more on luck and charm. Going off the movie alone, 47 shows enough skill to take him down.

Agent 47 was trained from birth to do nothing but kill. Bond is screwed.

James Bond is a classic. But he also sucks. If you watched a James Bond movie with me, I could critique him every 5 or 10 minutes (unless its Brosnan or Craig).  
 
Anyways, Agent 47 has this.

Composite Bond would have too many weapons at his disposal. I believe it was Ellis who wrote a comic series for Bond, and in that I remember he had this handgun that could fire a bullet then split up into several bullets in flight.
