After America which Empire will dominate the Earth?

No Superman
No Ironman 
No more Supergirl
No Spider-Man
No more Batman 
 All of the United States and its super heroes born in the states, or heroes who have spent 60% of their life in the States have now disappeared into thin air
 
All that's left where the USA once was is Ocean

Asking Which Country or Empire comes out on top? You can include an individual country with all its heroes  say Canada and heroes like Flying Fox and team Alpha Flight or you can combine an Empire like Viking Scandinavia and try to pool the Asgardians and Frost giants together as one big Norsemen Empire?   Basically if America vanishes who is the next top dog? "

The E.U.  Europe is already pretty far into merging, and the E.U is wealthier than America by a large margin already.

If America never existed, then those sulphur deposits that the dinosaur killer asteroid struck would not have existed.  So the Dinosaurs would still be around, so technically, none of the heroes would exist because mammals would never become larger than a few kilograms.

Wait then again, because you removed so much land from the earth, you'd alter an enormous amount of prehistory.  If a single butterfly's life has a large effect on the time stream, then imagine an entire third of a continent disappearing.  You'd catastrophically alter earth's history, possibly making it so that vertebrates never survived passed the Cambrian, or that mammals and reptiles never developed period, or that vertebrates never crawled up onto land.  Or worse yet, life never arrived onto the earth from that loose rock from mars, so life on our solar system would die as mars became uninhabitable.  The effects would be far-more far-reaching than a mere shift of some lines on the map.
