His right hand's abillity is to win against anyone. anything it touches gets one shotted instantly with the right amount of force needed to beat his opponent. Also speed is irrelevant to fiamma. As every of his attacks always hits his opponent. Also, it works automaticlly. Just like the time when his right hand negated an sattelite attack fiama isn't aware of. Also, it can replicate every miracles in the bible that was made using the right hand. examples: angel micheal slaying the fallen angel using his right hand, Sn of god Healing the sick using his right hand , the bible was written using the right hand, etc.

So you say genjutsu will work? ha, use genjutsu you want against fiamma, but his right hand will still work. Heck, genjutsu won't even work against him, as the pope of the roman catholic church tried to seal fiamma's soul/mind, but failed hard due to his right hand.

The moment that saskue attacks fiamma, he gets instanty hit with an attack with just the right ammount of force needed to knock him out. Then Fiamma then proceeds to steal saskues eye and after that, he slices saskue's head off using his 40km long flame sword.
