Very hard, almost impossible to determine Base Narutos stats after the SO6P boost, let alone the time skip. Though, its his striking power probably isnt that far above Sakura’s considering her Chakra Mastery.. If you want to make assumptions, that Adult Naruto is probably around Adult Minato, then he can probably pull off a win. 2000+Shadow Clones all using Massive Rasengan or Rasenshuriken is quite the show off. However, All Might is physically no joke and if he lands a punch Naruto probably isnt getting back up. If he did grt regen from that Hashirama Arm it might be a different story.

@inside: after Naruto ran out of Kurama Chakra he was basically in base and still clapping Toneri who split the moon.

Naruto is way too fast for All Might. Although I'd argue that All Might should still be stronger than him.

Hokage Naruto solos the verse in base lol. 2k+ shadow clones with giant rasengans and other stuff. Not to mention the large speed gap even in base.

@maestromage: What large speed gap? All Might was stopping Midoriya and Bakugou through-out an entire city while holding back.

@inside: No, he's more than enough in base. He's still easily MHS and All Might barely hits Hypersonic. Naruto in base is capable of somewhat keeping up with a Sasuke that was trying to kill him while holding back himself. This is right after they cross two countries in a couple minutes at the very most(it's more likely they crossed the distance in seconds). Oh, and they were already somewhat fatigued when they did this.

Inferior versions of his clones are capable of defeating opponents that would stomp All Might many times over and can survive being in very close proximity to a meteor impact. Not to mention they can spam Rasengan variants and the Rasenshuriken, both of which would tear All Might apart with no issues.

I love MHA but All Might is severely outclassed here. The verse in general just isn't on the level of Naruto in general because Naruto's power creep was a lot crazier. I mean think about it, you have All Might dishing out multi-city block level attacks, which is impressive, but not to a guy that can cut down this with one Rasenshuriken(and Rasengan too honestly):

Naruto is too fast even in base and his rasengans should be enough to put down All Mighto.

Base Naruto could somewhat keep up with momoshiki who wasn't serious (even though he was getting beat) and was tanking hits from him continuously. That should put base naruto way above any character in MHA in the speed department. Then naruto can simply use rasenshuriken coupled with speed that can blitz, to kill all might.
