Esdeath is kind of a heavily wanked character on CV, especially for how much weaker everyone else in the verse is, unless this is a Novel kind of thing like "Star King Kirito" for an example.

3. OK first off, if anything, Esdeath is pretty downplayed.
Secondly, AKG aren't as weak as you think nor is Esdeath an Outlier as weaker characters had Country Level Power at the end of the series.......
Thirdly...... AKG Manga is the original Canon for the series so this isn't non-canon or anything.
Damn... i didn´t know that the powerlevel difference from the anime and the manga is that huge. Based on the anime i thought they wouldn´t have a chance, but based on the Manga, they should stomp hart.
@caocao: Feats like that were still shown in FT (Irene, August) and there were still characters that surpass and could even oneshot them (Zeref, FH Zeref, Acnologia, ROT Acnologia).
It's a closer fight based on the manga but for what I've seen in anime Esdeath gets roflstomped by anyone above Grimore Heart tier.
AOE doesn't equate to potency in reference to that blizzard scan. I also remember that required a shit ton of prep and not something she can normally produce. What are Esdeath's freezing potency like? Because even Invel and Silver who have absolute zero are fodders to Acnologia.
Based on her lack of cold potency and the massive speed gap, I see no reason why a mid tier like Elfman doesn't solo the verse.
^Exactly almost a hundred FT characters can solo the verse and Acnologia would roflstomp, even if she can stop time doesn't do anything if she can't hurt him.
