Acnologia is continental and has the much better stats.

acnologia solos nanatsu no taizai except from arthur and chaos, and maybe the supreme goddess, we have not seen her full power but considering that she is equal to the demon king, she lost earlier than him and the demon king got mopped hard, it is safe to say acnologia solos all the way up until chaos influenced arthur and chaos itself
