As the title says Flash gets dropped into the marvel verse and is bloodlusted and has his morals off.

Flash is composite as in all versions Flash combined into one.

Where would he stop at and who is the strongest person he could beat?

pretty much this. I'd imagine Silver Surfer just giving Earth to Galactus in the end after he sees what's happened to it. That is unless SS gets too close to Earth out of curiosity to see why everybody is dead. However I may be forgetting about some of Earth's people, I think Doom, Strange or Reed can put a stop to him

OT: stops whenever he kills someone close to Molecule Man, Franklin Richards, Legion, or some other powerful earther.

Depends on where you drop him. Drop him near any of the more powerful cosmic characters he gets wrecked. Drop him on earth and He kills a fair amount of people, heroes and villains before some of the higher tier characters/ prep masters take notice. In the grand scheme of things he really doesn’t make it that far.

Actually, Franklin can stop him before he does anything.

Depends entirely where he's dropped if its something like Latveria or New York he kills a lot of regulars but get taken out pretty darn soon

Composite includes black racer flash who killed darkseid and parallax flash, thanos with IG may stop him

He'd kill everyone up to abstracts. He could literally kill everyone on earth before anyone reacted to it. 8 billion I.M.P.s in under 60 sec. Than LT fixes the imbalance by wiping out the speedforce.

Composite? With Bart Allen level striking power and Human Race speed? Not to mention his Pre Crisis version. Dude should be above team buster level, low skyfather maybe.

@standardized: as KingofLatveria said, geniuses would be able to predict his movement and disable him with tech and there are plenty of reality warpers, sorcerers, and characters who are either too durable or too hax for flash to take on.

All these people talking about Flash killing everyone on the planet....even bloodlusted I can't think of a single time he has ever intentionally killed hero's or innocent people.

depends on how powerful that "genius" is and how fast they can react.

in this situation the way i see it, anyone who would lose if they were standing still awhile flash attacks them loses unless that said character has close enough speed feat as composite flash.

@ignvela: you don’t need to be close to flash’s speed to kill flash. There are plenty of genius’s in marvel to trick him into killing himself, for instance.

Backing composite flash for a long time before the big guys form the marvel universe jump in and stomp him.

If The Flash is at its pinnacle, the Speed Force which partially provides him omnipotence without losing its physical interaction with the real world, he stomps a lot of top Marvel characters, he infinite-mass punch anything beyond time and space, common omnipotent beings are forced in transcending to astral entities, in order to become omnipotent, The Flash does not.

The Speed Force as definition, is a violation toward omnipotent standards.

@ignvela: doom, Reed, tony, t’challa, Hank Pym... even then characters like franklin Richards, molecule man, legion, nate grey, who can easily erase him or beat him.

Going with composite flash here for a good while, I think his near omnipotence blitz while in rage around the earth would crush most of the genius class reactions before they get much chance to even see to react/plan to what is happening. And the ones that would have the normal defenses for some of these things, the power speed force god flash has with it... As for the ones I would have said before realizing this was composite flash, like an omega class mutant or two, or others like Zarathos in which hurting the body with IMPs, etc don't much - and would only delay the inevitable - I feel a speedforce god Flash might actually have some better answers to....

But still, he isn't getting very far in the grand scheme of things. He will upset a lot of the orders of things, and people who tend to peer into earth that are strong enough to compete here (even the villains who have wanted it) will see some of their plans being possible now... And stomp Wally.

I consider it to be. I consider composite flash to be all the flash feats of everything, not just speed - to everything that is Canon flash lore at any point in history.

If that's the metric you're using, Magneto has also beaten teleportation, on multiple occasions...and he started after they had already de-materialized.

It's not about who can react to him, it's which genius/telepath/reality warper decides they need him gone first. It isn't as if he can insta blitz the entire planet. There are plenty of people he would have to actually fight. It only takes Reed noticing one of those fights for the ultimate nullifier to come out...or for Doom to start time prepping him...or for Prof. X to mind wipe him...or Franklin Richards to unmake him...or the aforementioned Magneto to toss him into space, etc.
