He already starts out with much much more hax than garou and his copying is better in every way to begin with as he can also mindread to copy abilities he hasn't seen/ones that garou has seen before

Satan copies all of garous powers, create quintillion clones then absolutely bodies garou before he can do or copy anything

Hell none of this is even neccesary if satan just multiplies his stats by x25000 off the bat then blitzes and one shots garou

That isn't for you to decide. They didn't show any restrictions on Garou's "Modes" so yes he can copy it. According to your way of thinking, Garou is much more "complex" and is a freak of nature so Satan can't copy him either.

To be fair Garou is better fighter than Satan, but even then, Satan is pretty decent himself, but he focusses on strength more than skill. Once Satan use his clones it's kind of over from there.

@garouhm: Has Garou shown to a degree he can copy mystic or magic in that matter? it seems he can just copy physical and air pressure techniques still.

He can copy blast gravity stuff but thats just energy so no he has no feats of copying magic/esoteric stuff at all

Yeah, that should be the case but all he applied to Zeus was x1000. The author doesn't really care about science. I mean, Jupiter is a gas giant so it technically can't even hit and destroy Mars like that. :D Even the author didn't know about that and did a rough sketch of his conversation on the phone. And things aren't always consistent in GoH. Like when Mori and Satan were fighting and Mori said "Faster, faster!" then it was implied they broke the sound barrier when they were already MFTL+. Or Daewi working under x30 gravity and that being a "special training".

What is complex about it? What proves it's "complex" and Garou can't copy it on the spot?

Yeah, I know he can read minds and copy. You got a point here though. If he pulls off a hax/durability negating ability on Garou he may take the kill. This never came to my mind. Then a draw or Satan takes it. But it's better we also wait for more feats from Garou.

Let's not exaggerate. Mori is skilled but Garou doesn't fall back in skill. In a skill battle (stats equal) Garou would take it IMO. And his martial arts is more hax anyway. Attacking internal organs isn't something Mori showed durability for and actually, he even took advantage of it against the First Crown Prince. I already said but I'm saying again, our ideas don't have to align and I don't have to show you a proof. And you don't get to force your opinions on other people.

Satan should win. He has better feats when it comes to copying skills and powers, he can even do it preemptively via mindreading. Plus he even starts off with a better set of abilities. His cloning is busted and he has way better regeneration feats than Garou to this day.

This feels like intentional spite. Satan farts on the verse equal stats or not.
