And yes, Thor got amps in Ragnarok. He performed MUCH better against Hulk than he had ever done before WITH his hammer. So, unless Hulk was weaker, which he wasn't, since he was smarter, more skilled, and had more combat experience, then Thor had clearly grown between TDW and Ragnarok.

And either way Hulk is building level at best in durability, which still makes Kurse rather unimpressive, since he's only marginally above that.

He improved since Thor 1 in Avengers and he wasn't "confirmed" to be weakened. Odin said that the dark magic would take a toll on him. It's vague enough that the argument against him being weakened at all could be made, and definitely too ambiguous to flat out assume Thor was weaker across the entire film.
