It's actually the opposite. Depending on what Frank brings to the fight that will pretty much decide the match. If he brings an assault rifle or something if that caliber, Trevor is dead meat. He's also been known to set traps as well which Trevor would likely fall for because he has no concept of modern weaponry.

Yes. But the OP hasn't specified anything nor is perfect teamwork here. Given that the latter scenario is present Matt won't allow Frank to kill Trevor.

Yeah, Punisher just unloads a clip on Trevor. Matt will probably try to tell Frank to help him take Trevor alive but morals off Frank doesn't play like that.
