If it really comes down to it, they can use the reaper death seal, but whoever uses it would die.

I honestly think they stop at Marineford especially if they have to clear it they get stomped by the admirals and White Beard let alone Shanks showing up on the scene. But if they somehow make it past that they stop at Dressrosa I dont see them clearing Doffy's crew.
