6/10 either tbh. I think all the matchups would be good fights. Kurse is a wild card because he moves at a snail’s pace. So I guess he would be at a small disadvantage here.

Steppenwolf is a gaping weak link, he can’t damage anyone with his axe and would get skewered by Hela, destroyed by Thanos’s sword or stonewalled and beaten down by Kurse

For that reason, I'm going with the MCU villains, but I think it'll be a tough fight overall.

Team MCU wins. Steppenwolf is a weak link for team DCEU, as he can't hurt anyone with his axe and would be taken down by Thanos easily. At this point it becomes a 3 v 2; MCU team sweeps.

@theholyfish: @lpercepts: steppanwolf is more powerful than any of the mcu villains in this battle. Kurse is the weak link, Steppanwolf fought several gods and green lanterns simultaneously, they aren't beating him.

@maiamaku: I don’t think Stepps is more durable than Thanos or Kurse. Thanos has many quantifiable feats of durability that are on a high level like tanking a whole building slammed on his head, tanking a spaceship crashing into him. If you’re basing Stepps durability just off the fact that he took a few hits from Supes, Thanos took an extensive beating from Cap with Mjolnir. That’s a god smashing weapon in the hands of the best fighter in the human race, punching like it was a boxing glove. He landed several clean shots on Thanos’s chin and vitals. These shots should have rocked Thanos’s brain around his skull and knocked him out. But they almost had no effect on him in the long run.

Kurse isn’t even made of flesh and blood. Loki stabbed him clean through with Odin’s holy spear and it just didn’t effect him. He probably has no vitals and is basically a stone being/zombie making him harder to kill for obvious reasons. And his rock hard durability allowed him to meet his forearm with a lightning powered in-flight Mjolnir. Thor stated that when Mjolnir is in flight, nothing will stop its path. You can’t move Mjolnir without being worthy. But the god smashing hammer supreme could not pierce through the rock of Kurse, and his arm deflected it. If somebody organic and flesh like Faora or Stepps tried to replicate that feat, are you telling me their forearm wouldn’t even be bruised? They would need armor to replicate Kurse’s skin.

Kurse was tossing Thor around and swatted Mjolnir away like it was nothing. Steppenwolf hasn't shown anything to suggest that he's near that level of power; he was not impressive and is certainly the weak link for team DCEU. Also, Hela can just skewer him or Thanos can cut him in half. Team MCU sweeps.

Nam-Ek And Faora No Sell Hela Sword spam and tear her head off with their bare hands if it doesn’t work they just keep beating the shit out of her for god knows how long, Thanos keeps swinging on air and gets trashed soon after as well as Kurse.

Steppenwolf would seem to be a bit of a weak link here. I could see the MCU team winning this one in a tough fight. Maybe. Could also talk myself into the DC team winning due to the Kryptonians...
